What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, date of birth, address, county): to run your account and entries (contract) and to check you're 18 or over (legal obligation).
• Age and identity checks: through our verification provider, to meet age rules and prevent fraud.
• Orders and spend: to allocate tickets, apply your spend limits and the credit card cap, and keep accounting records for six years.
• Play patterns: to spot signs of harm and offer help (legitimate interests and our commitments under the DCMS code).
• Marketing preferences: we only send marketing if you opt in, and never during a pause, suspension or closure.

What we publish

Entry lists and winner announcements show first name, surname initial and county only. Winners may object to publication.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, age verification provider, hosting provider (Google Cloud / Firebase, UK and EU regions where available), email provider and professional advisers. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or take a copy. Some records (orders, verification, responsible play) must be kept for legal reasons. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
