Your tools
- Monthly spend limit. Any amount from £0 up to £1,000. New accounts start at £250. Lowering it works instantly; raising it takes 24 hours.
- Credit card cap. Credit card spending is capped at £250 a month for everyone.
- Pause for 7 days, suspend for 6 or 12 months, or close your account for good. You can't enter by paid or free entry during a break, and we stop all marketing straight away.

If your play pattern changes in ways that can signal harm, we may get in touch, pause your account, or ask you to set a limit.

Our commitments
We follow the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators: 18+ only with age checks, spend limits including £0, a monthly credit card cap, suspensions of at least six months, harm monitoring, odds shown before you buy, free postal entry on every draw, prizes never reduced, extended or cancelled because of sales, verifiable draws and a complaints process with independent dispute resolution.
