How to enter

Send an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to:

On the postcard, clearly write:

1. The competition name, for example "Rung 1: £250 cash"
2. Your full name
3. Your address, including postcode
4. Your date of birth (you must be 18 or over)
5. The email address of your Payperclip account (if you don't have one, we'll create one and email you)
6. Your phone number
7. The words: "I agree to the Payperclip terms and conditions."
8. Optional, Ladder rungs only: your vote for the next prize, for example "My vote: iPad". The options are shown on the competition page.

Voting by post

Postal entrants vote on the next rung's prize just like ticket holders. Write your pick on the postcard and we'll add it to the tally when we log your entry. All postcards received before the closing date are logged, and their votes counted, before the result is locked at the live draw. One vote per person: if you send several postcards, your latest vote counts.

Half-price tickets are a reward on paid tickets, so postal entries don't earn them. Postal entries are always free anyway.

The rules

• One entry per postcard. Send as many as you like, up to the competition's per-person limit (paid and free entries combined).
• Postcards must arrive before the competition closes. Allow at least three working days for second class.
• We log every valid postcard within two working days and email you your ticket number.
• We only reject a postcard if it's illegible, incomplete, late, or would take you over the per-person limit. If we reject one, we'll tell you why.
• Postal entries count towards the entries total on the competition page. The growing part of a prize is funded by paid tickets, so a postal entry doesn't add to the prize, but it has exactly the same chance of winning it.
